Confidentiality:

All team members agree not to disclose, reveal, or use any confidential information obtained during the course of collaboration without the express written consent of the originating party. This obligation extends beyond the term of collaboration and remains in effect indefinitely, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by all parties involved.

​Accredited Investor Acknowledgment:

By submitting this form, I confirm that I meet the definition of an Accredited Investor as defined under applicable law, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, Rule 501 of Regulation D. Specifically, I confirm that:

I have an individual net worth, or joint net worth with my spouse or spousal equivalent, exceeding $1,000,000 (excluding the value of my primary residence); or,

​

I have an individual annual income exceeding $200,000, or joint income with my spouse or spousal equivalent exceeding $300,000, in each of the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year; or,

I hold a relevant professional certification, designation, or credential that demonstrates my qualifications as an Accredited Investor as recognized by the SEC, such as the Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 licenses.

I understand that it is my responsibility to provide proof of my accredited status upon request and that failure to meet these requirements may result in the termination of my membership. Additionally, I agree to keep my accredited status up to date and notify the organization of any changes to my eligibility.
